Kerhonkson Home Phase 1
This 1970’s Kerhonkson home has major facelift including replaced exterior kitchen wall, added beams to the foundation for extra support. The removal and renovation of existing deck and balcony, extended footing to the deck, added wrap around balcony with steel railing and cover porch to enjoy nature surrounding area.
The upstair interior received a new pebble stand alone bathroom, replaced French doors with sliding doors and windows. Opened walls created an open concept space, office space for a more spacious and modern living area.
Kerhonkson Home Phase 2
Continuation of this Kerhonkson, home. We replaced a very tight spiral staircase with a regular wooden stairs case. Upgraded downstair bathroom, added window, and replaced existing laundry room and added octagon window to add more lights to the hallway.
And we finished this home with a new timeless elegance siding with white trims around the windows, facade and soffits.
